Worx WR140 Landroid M Review
The WORX WR140 Landroid M is the perfect Robotic Mower for any small yard. It will automatically keep your lawn under control and costs about the same as a normal mower.
This fully automatic robot mower from the WORX’s Landroid series is equipped with a single-blade holder with 3 attached razor blades to give a nice flat and even cut. As with most mowers like this is also mulches the grass and leaves the clippings on the lawn so there is nothing to clean up.

Installation of the WORX WR140
The installation is quite simple, you can even request a salesperson from WORX to come and install the robot mowers boundary wire for you.
But if you are a bit more adventurous and don’t mind doing some things yourself then WORX provides a very easy-to-follow installation guide. All you need to do is place the dock in the garden somewhere with access to power and level. then it’s just a matter of running the perimeter wire around the edge of your lawn and any obstacles you want the mower to avoid.
Features of the WORX WR140
Cut-to-edge feature
The WORX wr140 also comes with the cut-to-edge feature. Simply meaning that the mower has the cutting blade situated very close to the edge of the mower so it can cut as close to the edge of the lawn as possible. This is a great feature as a lot of the Robot mowers on the market struggle to deal with edges and this is usually something the owner needs to deal with.
GPS connectivity
It’s great to see GPS on a robot mower like this. the GPS allows the mowing to be much smarter meaning that the mower will make fewer passes over your lawn to get a complete mow. It’s also a safety aspect as the mower can report its location if it were ever stolen.
Landroid Accessories
A nice little difference with the Landroid series of mowers is the range of accessories that WORX makes available for them. So, if you want to make your mower smarter later, or just get a new battery as your Robot is losing a bit of life.
Sure, the thing that’s super easy, you can change the battery simply by sliding out the old one and replacing it with a new one.
Build Quality
The WORX WR140 is built quite well. It is plastic and there is no avoiding it, but it has a matt finish and the plastic is robust enough to stand up to life in the garden. You also won’t lose it with the bright orange covers on top.
