At first glance the RMI 632 looks like its little brother and to be fair there isnt that much difference in them so why the $700 is price difference?

Active Sensors, The rim 632 not only has rain sensors fpr auto return home but it has obstical avoidance which also works as a safety blade shut off if you try to pick it up.
Blade, keeping in line with the Stihl range it uses a fixed single blade with bi-directional action to mulch and avoid getting clogged. these blades last longer than the other “razor style” and they’re stronger.
Theft Protection, the PIN can only be reset by authorised dealer and it has a geo tracking function
Stihl A.I, The robot lawn mower automatically selects how fast it needs to charge and also adapts the mowing speed based on how much you want it to mow.
Connectivity, is smooth and strong that’s to the in-built LTE from AT&T via the imow app.
Noise, It claims a 60db running noise level but that the industry standard now for robotic mowers.
Cutting height, is identical to the imow 422 at 0.79-2.6in & 20-60mm
Lawn Size, 1.24a or 4000sqm! with a cut time of 50 hours, (this is where the $700 makes sense )
Design, its expected that it would be orange “duh!” and camparing it to its brother there really is only 13cm difference in length and 11cm in width.
What We Like
The battery and run times are good, with a charge time of 60min and the run time of upto 150min. this is largly thanks to the intuitive charging system and self adaptive speed settings,
the lawn size of 1.24acres or 4000sqm is a definite plus! thats 3x more than its little brother and for on %50 extra at the shop.
The cut quality for us is what we really like about this robot lawn mower, the multching blade and bi-directional action paired with a tradititional style blade work in harmony with edge cutting function to keep your lawns sharp.
The multiple sensors are a great safty feature as the will shut the blade down if you try to pick it up, making the mower a little more child friendly. it also has rain sensors and auto return to home.
The imow App it great to use, and it doesnt flood your phone with unessasry notifications.
What we Don’t
The trade mark glossy cover, now nothing about it other that could they look at matt options? to be more protected by over hanging shrubs.
As this is currently one of their premier modles we would love to see them bring out a mower with GPS and no paremeter wire.
getting into this price range we would expect to see some more features, such as been able to cut in the rain. its made to cut grass and thats what it does.
